Job Summary:The Head Trainer who proficiently motivates and lead team of fitness professionals and provideexceptional instruction and guidance to the clubs members. The role requires a mental of passionate inhealth and wellness, dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals, and possess strongleadership and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of fitness trainers and instructors.Develop and implement training programs for both staff and members.Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans for members.Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to members to help them achieve their fitnessgoals.Ensure that all training sessions are conducted safely and effectively.Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new fitness staff.Collaborate with management to organize fitness events, workshops, and challenges.Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming fitness environment.Qualifications and Skills:Certified personal trainer with a recognized fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a fitness center or similar environment.Strong understanding of exercise science, nutrition, and human anatomy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals.CPR/AED certification
