Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
Assist with personal errands and tasks for the executive team, including managing household affairs and coordinating personal appointments.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including organizing corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing files and documents.Requirements:Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and polished demeanor.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
