- Able to prepare, review official business contracts, tenders with Marine companies, Civil Aviation, insurance companies for companies assets insurance related documentation, contracts, tenders etc. Good in accounting for departmental budget preparation etc.
- Assist the Group Head in developing operational plans for the Transport section based on ADOC's offshore requirement and seek necessary approvals and coordinate with team members.
- Communicate the approved departmental procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a systematic and controlled manner.
- Review, analyse and implement the inputs and suggestions provided by Group head for the continuous improvement of ADOC's training & development practices, systems and processes.
