Our client is looking for a Manager for the Steel Structural Design Engineering team, with a primary focus on facade design, structural fabrication, and construction. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional capable of leading a team, managing projects, and ensuring the highest standards of design and construction quality. - Façade Design: Lead the design team in conceptualizing, developing, and detailing facade systems for various types of buildings and structures. - Structural Fabrication: Oversee the fabrication process, including material selection, detailing, and coordination with fabrication vendors to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. - Construction Management: Coordinate closely with construction teams to ensure seamless integration of structural elements into the building process. Provide technical guidance and support during construction to address any design-related issues. - Team Leadership: Manage a team of structural design engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical support.
