We do this with a diverse team of more than 30 professionals, including engineers, artists, animators, event and sales managers. As we continue to expand our reach and deliver breathtaking experiences, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Success Manager to join our team.Key responsibilities:

Determine project feasibility.
Check and approve the site for the project and ensure it is eligible for a drone permit.
Calculate all transport and other expenses.
Liaise with client regularly, managing expectations.
Coordinate drone transportation and logistics.
Communicate efficiently with all departments in order to launch a successful show.
Organize transport and food for the team on site.
Follow in house process’ and documentation structures.
Receive and evaluate post show feedback.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of work experience in Event Management.
Complete ownership of the project.
Fluency in English is a must, verbal and written, second language will be an advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to work & deliver under pressure.
Inter team communication to be managed effortlessly.
Must be accessible to the team and stakeholders at all times since the events could take please in different time zones.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Must be collaborative and be able to work in a cross functional environment.
Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and have a hands-on mentality.
Willing to travel - Domestic and/or international (60% of the time)
