We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in JAFZA coordination and should be familiar with the JAFZA regulations and procedures. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to compliance and documentation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all JAFZA related processes are in compliance with the company's policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate all activities related to compliance and documentation
  • Ensure that all JAFZA related processes are in compliance with the company's policies and procedures
  • Prepare and maintain all JAFZA related documents, including agreements, permits, and licenses
  • Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure smooth execution of allrelated activities
  • Stay updated with the latest JAFZA regulations and procedures and ensure compliance
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding JAFZA related matters
  • Collaborate with external agencies and authorities for JAFZA related matters
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to JAFZA compliance and activities
  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars
  • . Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems
  • Support the team with project management tasks, including tracking progress, updating timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in JAFZA coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Necessary knowledge of JAFZA regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
