- Ensure that all JAFZA related processes are in compliance with the company's policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain all JAFZA related documents, including agreements, permits, and licenses
- Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure smooth execution of allrelated activities
- Stay updated with the latest JAFZA regulations and procedures and ensure compliance
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding JAFZA related matters
- Collaborate with external agencies and authorities for JAFZA related matters
- Prepare reports and presentations related to JAFZA compliance and activities
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars
- . Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Maintain and update databases and filing systems
- Support the team with project management tasks, including tracking progress, updating timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Minimum 1 year of experience in JAFZA coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Necessary knowledge of JAFZA regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
