- Own and manage the flow of bookings and provide a cohesive booking experience for our customer throughout the process
- Optimize operational daily activities, monitor performance of partners, and drive business growth
- Support business operations to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Identify improvement opportunities in exclusive operation and implement measures
- Manage proactively, control and monitor activities against our Stakeholder Relationship
- Maintain records of the stakeholders’ requests and the associated feedback
- Maintain positive client relationships
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to partner and customer queries, received via phone and/or email
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 1-2 years of Customer Service or OPS experience and a background in handling booking schedules
- Excellent interpersonal skills and is able to understand an individual's motivations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good planning and organizational skills, enabling stakeholder knowledge to be effectively disseminated and shared within the team
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset
- Detail oriented with strong data analysis skills and a proficiency in utilizing Google tools to support data-driven decision-making and optimize performance
