- Provide warm and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met with precision and care.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, following established service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables, refilling water glasses, and assisting with clearing plates.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy, striving to exceed expectations.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times, including proper handling of food and adherence to sanitation protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of F&B operations.
- Previous experience as a Waiter in an upmarket or fine dining restaurant environment is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, menu items, and wine pairing is an asset.
- Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are advantageous (with additional salary bonus).
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Basic salary AED 1440 – 2300 (depending on experience and assigned outlet)
