- Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring a clean, safe, and secure environment
- Welcome and register guests, answer questions, and provide information about the hostel and surrounding area
- Address guest concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a harmonious and inclusive atmosphere for all residents. Our client prioritizes a drama-free environment, and a strong ability to de-escalate situations and mediate conflicts peacefully is essential.
- Ensure adherence to hostel policies and procedures
- Conduct regular room checks and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance staff
- Contribute to a positive and vibrant hostel community
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role (experience in a hostel environment is a plus!)
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST.
- A positive, friendly, and drama-free personality with a genuine passion for creating a welcoming environment.
- The ability to handle and resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
