- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the all-day dining and in-room dining (IRD) areas in the hotel's food and beverage department.
- Ensure efficient and smooth service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen for timely food preparation.
- Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff, including servers, runners, and room service attendants.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, promotions, and operational updates.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to meet operational needs and maintain optimal service levels.
- Provide training to staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest interaction.
- Ensure a high level of customer service in all F&B outlets, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster a guest-centric culture among staff, emphasizing a personalized and memorable dining experience.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs, including inventory management and wastage control.
- Implement upselling techniques and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
- Work with management to develop and achieve financial targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the all-day dining and IRD menus to assist guests with selections.
- Promote menu items and special offerings to increase sales and guest engagement.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and promotions.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards.
- Facilitate staff training on safety protocols and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with all team members to relay important information and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Preferable candidates with Pre-Opening Hotel experience.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and food and beverage software.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
