Marketing Assistant - Motivate Val MorganMotivate Val Morgan is the leading cinema advertising company representing on-screen and off-screen advertising interests of prominent cinema chains in UAE, Lebanon, Oman, Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate marketing professional with a profound affinity for cinema to join our esteemed team in Dubai.PurposeTo support the Marketing Department in various capacities, including designing business collaterals, maintaining a robust social media presence, conducting research for external communications, organizing globally recognized events, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals through coordinated efforts.Responsibilities

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the seamless operation of departmental activities.
Research, compose content and design components of the bi-weekly newsletter.
Manage the company's vibrant presence on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Actively work within the marketing team in organizing and coordinating company events such as - UAE Young Lions Competition, Cannes Lions Awards Distribution, etc.
Update marketing spreadsheets and databases.
Support the marketing team with various projects.
Work on designing aspects of company presentations, rate cards and other marketing collaterals.
Marketing research and activities.
Coordinate with production labs on advertisements and banners.
Editing the corporate website (backend).
Communicate effectively with clients and business partners.

Requirements

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
Passion for copywriting.
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
Proficient in Social Media, Digital Marketing, MS Office, WordPress, and Online Applications (SEO, Google Analytics, AdWords, etc.).
Familiarity with market research techniques.
Previous experience in a marketing role.
Outgoing and confident personality.
A genuine love for movies.
