The Manager of Business Transformation is responsible for overseeing the entire process of change, from the initial idea to the implementation of new capabilities and the integration of new work methods. This role has two main areas of focus: driving the sector wide transformation program and leading an internal transformation journey to foster a culture that aligns with our strategic plan and enhances our guest experience. The Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth transitions on the ground, facilitating the realization of desired benefits, and providing valuable insights at a corporate level regarding the overall impact of changes on company's business readiness.Skills and Qualifications:
- A proven track record in planning and designing the change management approach that defines, underpins, and guides the change activities required to effectively transition the organization to the desired future state and sustain its outcomes.
- Change management activities to support the application of new learning, new ways of working, behavior's, and the adoption of new technologies and data usage.
- Experience of delivering change management components and activities tailored specifically to the needs of the program/project
- Ability to review data and interpret it to create a compelling and comprehensible change management approach.
- Communication and interpersonal skills leading to a consultative approach within a corporate/multi functional environment.
- Understanding of the complexity and challenges of driving/building the desired outcome.
- Experience of communication and engagement approaches to drive desired outcomes.
- Stakeholder management - relationship-building, including the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and subject matter
- Understanding and application of change management methodologies
- Experience of delivering change management components and activities tailored specifically to the needs of the program/project
