Job DescriptionAssist in controlling and analyzing quality levels of products and service, Guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing.Handle all incoming and outgoing food and beverage correspondence including guest's feedback promptly and accuratelyAdminister all mail going in and out of the F&B Admin officeAssist in the F&B planning process, communication and potential documentation/records management.Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department by ensuring that coordination, administration, communication functions and duties of the departmentManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerEnsure compliance of brand standards and policiesSupervise small events as requiredEstablish and maintain effective Employee relationsDevelop formal training plans and conduct on the job training sessions for Food & Beverage Department EmployeesAttend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage Departmental meetingsInform the Food & Beverage Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational mattersSkillsEducation, Qualifications & ExperiencesYou should ideally have a degree in the hospitality field with a maximum of one-year experience in a similar role. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English/French and a wide familiarity with Micros would be desirable. Previous experiences in minor leadership and supervisory roles are a definite plus.Knowledge & CompetenciesThe ideal candidate will be customer driven and an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ personality with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character.
