- Perform appropriate workshop maintenance of TRS/CRT equipment and tools according to procedures. (Assemble and Disassemble), which may include: automated hydraulic equipment, hydraulic wrenches, diesel power units, offline bucking units, catwalks etc.
- Assign proper Maintenance personal to required tasks and follow up with them to complete the activities as required.
- Know the types of lubricants and greases to apply to different equipment in varying frequencies.
- Interpretation of the manuals and technical sheets of the tools.
- Troubleshooting of hydraulic and mechanical equipment.
- Responsible for ensuring that equipment is tested prior to shipment and recording evidence of certified tests and inspections..
- Assist with loading equipment and ensuring proper tools for the job.
- Ensure that repair work is carried out to acceptable standards.
- Report any unforeseen repair work and arrange for corrective actions.
- Supervision of workshop personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Maintain a proactive attitude, encourage the development of teamwork.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
- Make recommendations for the safe execution of work and report any unsafe acts, near misses or incidents.
- Report any deficiencies or non-conforming status of the equipment into the CMMS system and follow up for corrective actions required to close out the deficiencies.
- Manage purchases to maintain inventory and equipment spare parts.
- Responsible for the safe operation of all The Company's equipment.
- Maintain order, housekeeping and cleanliness in your work area.
- Actively participate in quality, safety and operations discussions.
- Actively participate in filling out quality, safety and operations documentation.
- Show availability to work on the date, place and time indicated.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures
- Actively participate in achieving department goals
- Attend the company's mandatory training, examples: Safety, Quality, Environment, those required by the client, etc.
- Show leadership, effective communication and planning in your tasks.
- Responsible for supervising that the personnel under his charge comply with all Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards, policies and processes when carrying out the work.
- Other special tasks and projects as assigned.
- Studies: Mechanical Engineering recommended.
- At least 3 years of experience and working knowledge of Tubular Running equipment maintenance is preferred, including: Casing Running tools, hydraulic wrenches, elevators, spiders, control panels and hydraulic power units.
- Must possess the ability to work with hand tools and operate hydraulically activated equipment.
- Have knowledge of the types of hydraulic and pneumatic connections.
- Must have a working knowledge of routine maintenance requirements for all equipment used in Tubular Running services..
- Must have knowledge of products, services and equipment, knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls, etc. used in Tubular Races
- Must be detail-oriented, entrepreneurial and able to work with little supervision.
