- Interim payment applications in accordance with the terms of the contract and actual work progress.
- Preparing and compiling variation claim documents
- Cost reporting, controlling & monitoring, Budget updating.
- Project Cash flow and periodic assessments of anticipated final cost and reporting.
- Preparing KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports, to monitor Budget Cost
- Prepare & Compile Final Accounts Payment applications
- Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
- Attendance and representation at commercial meetings
- Control project scope to meet project objectives to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
- Monitor and control costs throughout the project
- 10 years of relevant Quantity Surveyor experience either from consultancy or main contractor background
- Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the Middle East region
- 7 years of experience working on high rise projects would be ideal
- Knowledge of pre- and post-contract administration.
- Must have a clear understanding of, and ability to work with, construction contract commercial documents, drawings and specifications.
- Candidates must have strong client-facing skills
- Ability to communicate logically and clearly with management and staff.
- Strong communication skills as well as excellent verbal and written English
- A BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university is essential.
- Recognised qualification such as RICS is preferred.
