- Identifying key account opportunities with new and existing clients primarily in the Spatial
- Experiences Unit, with a focus on museums, exhibitions, theme parks and other cultural projects
- Developing and managing a strategic network to acquire new clients and business relations
- Establishing and maintaining key accounts and building on our already substantial client base with new clients
- Developing existing customer relationships as aligned to our sales and marketing strategy
- Acting as key point of contact with relevant stakeholders of existing revenue generating accounts, cultivating strong company/client relationships
- Building company credibility, brand value, and trust with clients to ensure customer retention and confidence in the brand
- Conducting intensive market and competition observation and derivation of activities with active feedback to inform sales planning and marketing campaigns
- Collaboration with project management and marketing management teams to identify the ongoing and future business needs
- Good understanding of technical, business & contractual correlations in depth and detail
- Collaborating with Contract Management as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
- Experience in Audio Visual Projects for museums, permanent installations, cultural projects or equivalent in the Middle East is a must
- Strong business acumen in account management
- Technical Background is an advantage
- English language proficiency is a must
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skill
