Your main role will be to assist and support the Brand Manager & senior brand manager on the building of the brands' campaigns, the development of visuals, digital and in store assets and the tracking of sales and market share evolution.You will work in close collaboration with the following regional departments: trade marketing, key account and sales, in-store, finance, as well as Coty global brand teams.THE ROLE: In This Role You Will Be Responsible ForDevelopment of all the physical, digital and visual assets needed for campaign executions:

In store POSM / soft POSM
Social media contents
PR assets
Online/e-commerce assets

The definition and development of all promotional assets defined and aligned with Trade MarketingThe definition, deployment and tracking of the Social media calendar and content

Brief social media agency
Provide the needed assets
Follow up and regular connect with social media agency regarding community management

Regular connects with the e-commerce teams to define and execute the offersThe registration of new products: formalization of documents, tracking with registration teams, providing files and assets needed to secure a smooth registration processThe analysis and preparation of sales and market shares reportsWHAT YOU WILL BRING

Passion for beauty, and cosmetics industry
Curious, agile and proactive mindset
Previous experience in Marketing (trade, operations or development), ideally in the cosmetics industry
Previous experience in the Middle East region ideally
Arabic Language is a significant advantage
