- Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g. job boards, social media, networking) to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and source potential candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proactive and self-motivated
