We have been instructed on a role with a truly global company who are a technology services specialist and have their international HQ based in the UAE. As a private equity backed business, they are currently undergoing significant growth and are looking expanding their legal function in Dubai.This is an excellent opportunity to join a multinational team where you will act as the regional Head of Legal for the Middle East and you will be reporting to the Deputy GC in a position of seniority. It is essential that candidates will be fluent in English/Arabic as well as the ability to draft legal documents into both languages too. Key responsibilities include working across a range of matters including the drafting of corporate/commercial contracts, leading the patents/copyright process for IPR as well as ensuring that legal and regulatory compliance is adhered to in multiple jurisdictions across the GCC.Applicants will be a qualified lawyer with experience in the GCC. It is not essential, but you would ideally have a common law background coming from an international law firm or established in-house entity with a minimum of 10 years' experience.Remuneration: £130,000 - £150,000 tax free
