MBA, CA, or CFA qualification with a strong academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field.Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory, preferably within the real estate sector.Expertise in building sophisticated financial models from scratch, with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.A proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Job Offer
