- Work closely with Origin's Group Finance Function and the Retail Commercial, Finance and Governance team to provide oversight of controls, assurance and risk management for the emerging business.
- Preparation of statutory financial statements for the emerging business, working closely with Origin's Group Financial Reporting team and external auditors to ensure presentation is in line with Australian accounting standards.
- Manage interaction between Origin's treasury and tax teams for management of cash, income tax and BAS.
- Lead and improve financial and reporting processes: delivering seamless service to business unit leadership team and the Retail Commercial, Finance and Governance team for consolidation within Retail's financial reporting.
- Working closely with the leadership team of the emerging business to deliver budgets and forecasts to be consolidated within the broader retail budget managed by the Retail, Commercial, Finance and Governance team.
- Provide insightful performance analysis: delivering monthly management reporting & insight to drive sound financial based decision making and improve business performance.

- Proven people management skills, leading high performing teams.
- Expert user of information systems
- Relevant undergraduate tertiary qualifications together with CA or CPA.
