- Welcome and assist visitors accordingly
- Provide prompt and professional service to meet customer needs
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Deal with customer queries
- Assist clients in finding their way around the office
- Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks as may be required
- Prior experience as a receptionist required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be familiar with administrative and clerical procedures
- Must have Ms Office suite knowledge
