Contract/Commercial Manager

- Manage all aspects of the contracting process, including reviewing agreements and negotiating terms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in contract management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.
- Work closely with legal, sales, and finance teams to ensure the best outcome for the company.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience in contract management, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a strong understanding of contract law.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of project management and legal compliance frameworks.
- Ability to review and manage complex contracts and legal agreements.
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
