- Building masterplans by country with the trade marketing team and the distributors.
- Define commercial strategy aligned with budget to reach sales and profitability targets.
- Develop sales annual and monthly forecasts, ranking objectives, market share by retailer.
- Align and challenge markets and distributors' ambitions and support plans.
- Direct activities of distributor teams to ensure strategic business objectives are exceeded.
- Continuously look for and assess new business opportunities within the area. Self-Starter mentality.
- Monitor sales resources and budget allocation on an ongoing basis.
- You will own the account management of the top Department Stores in own region.
- Ensure 100% flawless execution of the Marketing Calendar.
- In charge of the sales organization, including recruiting, coaching, and supervising the beauty advisors with clear KPIs, training and engaging commission/ incentive schemes
- 15 years' experience in luxury beauty and distributor management in the Middle East.
- Business Acumen: Knows how luxury beauty businesses work; the competition, and the beauty category.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achievements.
- Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and leadership skills required.
- Sharp management skills - able to make complex situations simple and to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Responsible and accountable, able to make sound business decisions independently.
- Passionate and optimistic, persists in seeking goals despite obstacles and setbacks.
- Organized with excellent analytical skills, strong knowledge of financial KPIs and P&L management.
- Astute negotiator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ready to travel as frequently as needed across the region.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
