- Analyze business and product performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Develop frameworks to define Team Standards and optimal ways for working to drive consistency of performance.
- Develop and maintain a recognition program for Global Private Banking
- Analyze and optimize relationship manager (RM) incentives to drive desired behaviors and outcomes.
- Recommend new procedures / policies related to the sales compensation programs. Support the process related to compensation calculations & pay-out.
- Performance tracking and KPIs monitoring to ensure delivery of an effective and consistent Performance Review Cycle / Monthly Business reviews
- Portfolio optimization based on customer insights, commercial drivers and business priorities
- Contribute to the development of an attractive and profitable marketing strategy by working on the definition and development of the range of products & services, its depth and its variations according to the different customer segments and geographic markets.
- Participate in the design of marketing campaigns and carry out market studies aimed at understanding the needs of our customers today and tomorrow.
- Products & Business performance management with development and monitoring of commercial and product objectives, activity monitoring (pipeline, transformation, quantitative and qualitative KPIs, etc)
- Development and monitoring of objectives and activity monitoring for each Products Line at entities and clients level
- Analysis of business activity (per products, teams, clients segments, etc…) aimed at identifying additional revenues with a view to marketing the products & services offering
- Contribute to increasing our market share in private banking businesses and strengthen the identity of our offering by ensuring consistency across all of our entities.
- Understand and anticipate trends in order to detect new offer opportunities (competitive intelligence).
- Plan marketing and optimize the deployment of the offer to ensure perfect appropriation by the Front Office.
- Coordinate and optimize the visibility of investments content that may be of client interest in terms of offers, in coordination with the Products, Marcom, Compliance & Legal departments.
