- Consolidation financial statements of subsidiaries according to relevant industry standards.
- Review and reconcile intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Support the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures, ensuring consistency across all subsidiaries.
- Liaise with external auditors during the audit process, providing necessary information and support.
- Being a Qualified or partly-qualified Finance professional
- BIG4 previous or current experience
- A proven experience of 3 to 6 years in consolidation and reporting; preferably within natural resources, holding, infrastructure, Oil & Gas or energy industries
- Strong understanding of IFRS, particularly IFRS 10: ability to apply international financial reporting standards to consolidate processes.
