Job Title: Medical Procurement OfficerWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Medical Procurement Officer to oversee all aspects of procurement related to medical supplies and equipment. The successful candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry's procurement processes.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost-effectiveness and quality of medical supplies and equipment.
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships.
Collaborate with medical staff to assess their needs and preferences, ensuring timely procurement of essential items.
Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with stakeholders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Stay informed about advancements in medical technology and industry trends to make informed procurement decisions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to procurement activities.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and expenses and generate reports as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Knowledge of medical terminology, equipment, and supplies.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
