- Provide administrative support, managing records, and scheduling interviews.
- Support training and development initiatives, coordinating sessions, and monitoring progress.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, offering assistance and answering questions.
- Collaborate with management to develop and enforce policies aligned with our goals.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in real estate software, CRM systems, and tech tools for efficient administrative tasks
- Proficiency in the English language.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in HR or training.
