Works closely with the Project Manager in defining the project scope and in the development of the Work Breakdown Structure.Maintain project calendar and milestones.Develop and report on project plans, budgets, and timelines for overall project deliveryDetermine and maintain the arrangements to ensure cost, time and quality of planning, approvals and implementation occur.provide cross-foundation analytics to senior management.Establish and record policies and procedures for maintaining and using tool and process, ensuring data integrity and consistent use across foundation.Motivate multidisciplinary project teams to maintain a culture of teamwork, achievement, accountability and outcomes focus to support the achievement of project objectives.Participate in cross branch, and external project teams, working parties and similar forums established to develop and deliver diverse projects and programs that support the implementation of Government policy & DWE initiatives.Prepare the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and other key documents to support the project.Create the Annual Work Plans (AWPs) and schedules for the project and its components for the approval of the Project Manager.Contribute in implementation of finance and accounting, records management, communications, feedback, monitoring and evaluation frameworks.Perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the Organization.Qualificationsbachelor's degree
