Development Director – University Campus

• The management of all appointed projects, have been fully responsible for the procurement and coordination of all professional service activities (3rd party design & professional consultants, project managers, cost managers, architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers etc.) and the delivery of all works within approved budgets, required quality & safety standards and development timelines.
• Completing detailed budgets, programs, feasibility studies & cash-flows as required for approval defining the most appropriate and best use including detailed business plans / reports for each project under consideration for approval and implementation.
• Preparation all progress reports and co-ordinate all financial papers/reports according to company requirements and the developments project schedule and internal requirements.

• Minimum Job requirements: Professional Degree (i.e. Engineering, Architecture, Project and Construction Management, Town Planning, Property Valuation etc.).
• A track record that is quantifiable through third party referees.

• Minimum of ten experience in Construction/Project Management, Engineering/Architecture Design and/or Real Estate Development preferably in the Education Sector.
