Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, you will ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients.Responsibilities:Provide specialized healthcare services to individuals and families of all ages
Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic medical conditions commonly encountered in family medicine
Manage chronic diseases, including developing personalized treatment plans and monitoring patient progress
Promote preventive care through patient education on healthy lifestyles and disease prevention
Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with patients, ensuring continuity of care
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care
Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in family medicineRequirements:
Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant and Specialist in Family Medicine
Completion of a recognized family medicine residency program
Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in family medicine
Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
