- Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and payroll processes.
- Additionally, the role involves providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting in the formulation and communication of policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team are essential, as is a solid understanding of labor laws.
- Experience with HR information systems is preferred.
- Native Malayalam speakers preferred
