Devops Engineer

• Mid-Senior professional with 8+ years of experience in DevOps.
• Lead design projects from concept to launch, creating best-in-class User-centered wireframes, visual mock-ups, and prototypes based on research, business requirements, and usability studies.
• Advocate for the customer and follow user-centered design principles.
• Create flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual design.
• Conduct user research and usability testing for better data-driven designs
• Support and validate your work through an analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers.
• Stay current with trends in UX, design, and Digital Banking.
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Implement and extend our design system, align them with our brand guidelines, and develop the design components to ensure maximum reusability of our design and design elements.

• Working experience in an agile software development environment with a good understanding of the principles of agile architecture. Strong collaborative mindset for collective decentralized decision making.
• Deploy & Manage tools and solutions that will drive continuous improvement around the Performance, Reliability, Availability & Scalability of our infrastructure.
• Build and Maintain the Linux based infrastructure and demonstrated exposure and proven expertise and success with a range of tools and services, superb troubleshooting skills, a passion for automating everything, and a sense of ownership.
• Experience with automation best practices, emerging trends and maintaining cloud infrastructures.
• Experience with Leading, designing, building, and operating large hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Mandatory experience with AWS cloud platform with Certifications (Associate level Solution Architect, SysOps or Professional Level DevOps/Solution Architect).
• Experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Gitlab in Cloud Native environments.
• Experience in setting up pipeline for cloud based and on-prem based application with static code analysis, requirement tagging in Jira.
• Experience working with one or more DevOps tools & config management tools.
• Experience working with orchestration tools like Terraform and Cloud specific solutions.
• Experience in managing and deploying workloads in Kubernetes and Kong API gateway.
• Experience in creating and managing VPC / endpoints in AWS.
• Experience in Terraform/CloudFormation scripts to automate the environment replication on demand and scheduled downtime / uptime.
• Experience in creating certificates and managing.
• Experience managing traditional or cloud storage solutions.
• Experience working with F5 or similar load balancing platforms.
• Direct experience coding in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, Bash, or Perl.
• Experience operating monitoring tools for traditional and cloud environments.
• Strong analytical mind for problem solving.
• Work experience of at least 4 years with AWS, Amazon EC2, Ansible or Chef or Puppet, Apache, Jenkins, Jira, Linux, Terraform, Cloud formation, ECS, EKS.
• Familiarity with the concepts of Infrastructure as Code and “Everything as Code”, ideally with practical experience in using Terraform or AWS CDK
• Professional approach to time, efforts, and deadlines and strong communication skills to collaborate with various Stakeholders.
