Corporate Sales Leader

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Corporate Sales Department and lead the recruitment and training of corporate sales representatives.
• Set and achieve the sales target for corporate accounts.
• Manage the production and distribution of in-store marketing materials and coordinate with marketing team to align Corporate Sales Department's sales strategies to the company's objectives.
• Report on sales performance metrics and insights to senior management.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
