- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Corporate Sales Department and lead the recruitment and training of corporate sales representatives.

- Manage the production and distribution of in-store marketing materials and coordinate with marketing team to align Corporate Sales Department's sales strategies to the company's objectives.
- Report on sales performance metrics and insights to senior management.
