- Identify and continuously improve Sales performance by developing internal systems through the collaboration with other functions.
- By analysis of market and consumer environment, including competitor activities, develop opportunities for market share and margin growth, and market defense activities.
- Develop and maintain improvement activities that continuously raise the level of customer satisfaction with our products and services.
- Evaluate and agree on the economic efficiency of the transaction at the stage of concluding a contract or amending it (signing an additional agreement) according to the relevant regulations of the company. Conclude deals within given authorities (tender list) which shall be approved via CRM;
- Regular updating of information about existing and potential clients in the CRM: updating the counterparty card, maintaining reports on meetings in the CRM, response to incoming leads via CRM according to the relevant regulations of the company.
- Define and manage the level of risk that enables the value of our sales whilst protecting against negative market outcomes.
- Build, implement and improve the supply chain to maximize the total transaction value whilst meeting the customer's expectations.
- To the extent possible, take measures to minimize the negative impact if the actual efficiency of the transaction has materially deteriorated (including: optimizing logistics and production costs; negotiating whenever possible with the client on increasing the premium / changing delivery conditions / reducing sales volumes; analysis of alternative sales options to other regions) according to the relevant regulations of the company.
