Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization and its services.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the appointment calendar.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Assist in coordinating meetings and events, including room bookings and catering arrangements.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.Requirements:Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
