- Responsible for achieving allocated sales targets and market share to meet the division’s overall objectives.
- Creating and developing business relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
- Utilizing company resources efficiently to maximize profits.
- Achieve sales targets for self.
- Report sales forecasts and business updates to the immediate supervisor to make sure that the senior sales team is fully informed and able to take timely business decisions especially with regards to the gap between actual and projected sales.
- Maintain relationships with clients by constantly being in touch with them to understand their requirements and manage their expectations.
- Coordinate with logistics and service department to ensure timely delivery and installation in line with the customer’s requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or relevant field from a recognised University or Institution.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS PowerPoint/Excel in particular)
- Proven 5 years of work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive for Printer/MFP Sales.
- Should have Sales Experience in Handling Corporate & Customer Verticals (Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, Education) for Printer/MFP Sales.
- Should have experience/knowledge in handling managed print services (MPS) projects with print management solutions.
- Hands on experience in sales process and can deliver excellent customer experience.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Experience in handling sales for Xerox/Canon/RICOH/Konica will be an added advantage.
- Knowing the Arabic language -Speaking & Writing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Should have good product and industry knowledge.
