- Review and Analysis: Thoroughly review and analyze FM Tender requirements, including scope, specifications, and client expectations. Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and other entities involved in proposal development.
- Bid Proposal Preparation: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive bid proposals.
- Time Management: Handle multiple proposals, ensuring timely delivery and meeting due dates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in Bidding, Tendering, or Solutions Management within the Facility Management Sector in the UAE.
