Our client is a leading freight forwarding firm based in Dubai are looking to hire an experienced Emirati national as Customer Service Officer.Responsibilities: * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms, providing accurate information and assistance regarding products or services.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to achieve satisfactory outcomes and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions, accurately documenting inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to resolve customer issues.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
