- Manage staff acquisition process including sourcing, interviewing as well as onboarding
- Implement HR policies as well as procedures
- Offer guidance to management on staff disciplinary or grievances
- Respond to employee questions and address their concerns
- Organize and handle new employee orientation, on-boarding as well as training programs
- Update job requirements when needed
- Schedule job interviews and assist in all interview processes
- Maintain employee records and paperwork
- Carry out any other HR duties as may be required
- Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant course
- The applicant must have practical experience in the same field
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must have good Ms Office suite knowledge
- Should have a good understanding of recruitment process
- Must be organized and efficient in daily tasks
