We are currently going through an exciting phase of growth as we invest in cutting-edge technologies.As a Martech Solution Engineer at Pepperstone, you'll play a vital role in driving client interactions through our advanced data and technology stack. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement robust solutions that enable relevant and timely communication to our clients.Working alongside our Martech team, you'll oversee critical customer data and marketing platforms, actively enhancing and optimizing our technologies to ensure seamless client engagement.Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, IT, and Product teams, you'll craft exceptional client experiences across all communication channels and stages of the client lifecycle.This role offers a dynamic environment where you'll have the opportunity to take on a wide range of responsibilities and grow both personally and professionally.As our Martech Solution Engineer, your key responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Designing and building engineering solutions for client engagement use cases across all channels in alignment with the overall Martech architecture.
- Collaborating with business domain owners to perform integrations among services and platforms, enabling the flow of timely and actionable information.
- Taking responsibility for the quality, availability, integration, and utilization of Martech data and all related platforms.
- Ensuring the quality, integrity, and complete lifecycle of customer data to empower marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating effectively with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to define client journeys and experiences.
- Contributing significantly to the implementation of solutions in the Martech stack at Pepperstone, including configuring software platforms, integrating third-party tools, and customizing solutions as needed.
- Continuously optimizing and customizing Martech solutions to align with business processes and use cases.
- Engaging and uplifting business teams with the necessary knowledge and skills to utilize and operate Martech tools efficiently in their campaigns.
- Integrating upstream and downstream systems to the target platform: building individual solutions in the larger context of an ecosystem where platforms integrate seamlessly with each other.
- Developing requirements by translating product needs into clear technical requirements.
- Creating technical documentation to support development and maintenance.
- Demonstrating a broad understanding of the Martech landscape, including tools and platforms across different areas of the Martech architecture and applications.
- Having at least 1 year of hands-on experience working through the end-to-end process in delivering technical setup and management of marketing applications.
- Possessing technical skills in operating, connecting, and managing one or a few tools and platforms within the Martech stack (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud, Segment CDP, Adobe, Content Stack, Google Marketing Platforms, etc.).
- Demonstrating high proficiency in SQL, Python, APIs, AWS Redshift.
- Having good knowledge of frontend technologies and tools (e.g., React).
- Having a deep understanding of the data landscape, knowing where the right data is and how to make it available where it is needed to enable marketing use cases.
- Having experience with Agile methodologies and demonstrating good stakeholder and project management skills to manage and deliver a roadmap of initiatives.
