- Regular working in and maintenance of Quorum for holding & financing companies;
- General corporate maintenance and administration of several Cyprus holding / investment entities;
- Legal preparation of business transactions: corporate resolutions (SHA, BoD and similar resolutions), contracts, other in compliance with contracts / Cyprus and international legislations;
- Creation and maintenance of registers of corporate documents and maintenance of the documents (constitutional / contractual documents);
- Regular liaison with Cyprus Registrar of Companies and other officials;
- Supervision of documentation flows for Cyprus companies under management;
- Communication with legal counsels of the subsidiaries in which Cyprus entities hold participations;
- KYC and compliance management of the Cyprus companies with banks serving for the companies;
- Communication with external legal counsels;
- Communications with colleagues in different locations and time zones;
- Communication with accountants and auditors of the companies;
- 2-3Y experience with corporate and legal maintenance Cyprus holding and financing companies and regular working with Quorum;
- Knowledge of Cyprus company law and its practical numerous implementations;
- Fluent English and Greek languages; Russian language is advantage;
- Highest level of self-motivation and desire to work in a long-term perspective;
- Good communication skills;
- Perfect MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, general high skills as IT user;
- Motivation to work intensively in the international group to grow professionally;
