- Calculate payroll taxes, social insurance, income tax for individuals and corporations.
- End to end processing of company's payrolls.
- Communication with clients to get the information needed for preparation of payroll.
- Assisting the Payroll Manager with month end consolidations.
- Submission of employer's return (IR7).
- Preparation of the Certificate (IR63).
- Registration of Companies to Tax Department, Social Insurance Department and Erganis.
- Updating and maintain payroll records.
- Payroll reporting to meet statutory obligations.
- Calculation and processing of termination payments.
- Processing increases and calculations of back pays.
- Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions.
- An academic background relating to Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or any similar field will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in a Payroll related role.
- Experience with the registration of Companies with the Tax Department, Social Insurance Department and Erganis.
- General accounting knowledge will be considered an advantage.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Previous experience working with Accounting Software is desirable.
- Excellent command of the Greek & English Language.
