- Acting as the liaison between staff and management, promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace
- Coordinating all HR activities and projects
- Maintaining an organized system of employee records
- Developing and implementing a training plan
- Implementing onboarding initiatives to introduce new members to the company culture and policies.
- Attracting and recruiting new staff members
- Administering competitive compensation and benefits program
- Maintaining and updating policies, procedures, and the staff manual
- Ensuring that HR policies and procedures comply with employment laws
- Delivering data-driven reporting
- Planning activities to encourage teamwork and staff involvement
- Establishing performance review processes and assisting managers in developing employee development strategies
- Keeping up to date with the HR field, and searching for innovative HR practices for the benefit of the company and its human resources.
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other related field
- A Master's degree in a related field is considered an advantage
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
- Excellent computer literacy(Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
