- Drive the acquisition of new accounts by effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products and services
- Initiate and cultivate relationships with new clients to meet or surpass monthly sales targets
- Convert leads into sales through engaging and high-quality interactions with prospective clients
- Maintain regular communication with both new and existing clients to ensure their needs are met at the highest level of service
- Implement and maintain efficient communication channels to ensure client satisfaction and representation throughout the sales process
- Foster client retention efforts and diligently follow up on client inquiries and concerns
- Manage client-related administrative tasks, including account opening procedures
- Assist in compliance efforts by facilitating the processing of Know-Your-Client documentation
- Identify and pursue business opportunities, potential clients, and VIP customers, negotiating terms to establish profitable accounts
- Support the achievement of marketing strategy objectives and goals.
- Native/fluent in Polish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in Forex/CFD sales roles
- Demonstrated goal-oriented mindset with the capability to perform effectively under pressure
- University or College degree holder - an advantage
- Proficient in computer operations with good knowlege of MS Office package
- Exceptional communication abilities, characterized by a strong personality and self-motivation
- An individual who consistently presents themselves with a professional demeanor, embodying qualities such as integrity, reliability, and polished communication skills in both personal and professional interactions
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.
