Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining adequate reporting to monitor the company's marketing operations and performance.
  • Performing data analysis to identify opportunities and cost efficiencies.
  • Analysing marketing-business metrics and providing ROI analysis of all marketing campaigns.
  • Analysing large datasets and providing useful actionable recommendations to support the marketing teams goals.
  • Providing user demographics, behaviour data and analysis for market segmentation and product evaluation.
  • Building marketing dashboards for reporting and visualising key performance indicators.
  • Understanding marketing requirements and creating useful and planned solutions to address data needs.
  • Planning and analysing effective retention A/B tests in order to improve marketing KPIs.
  • Transforming abstract questions into quantifiable metrics.
  • Utilising product usage data to develop predictive customer retention models.
  • Developing customer lifetime value and spending benchmark analytics.
  • Measuring the impact of targeting and segmentation outcomes.
  • Providing thought leadership to improve outcomes and processes, including scaling and automation continuously.
  • Be a catalyst for the improvement of existing data sources and predictive analytics.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • University Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or any other relevant field.
  • Experience in a similar role in Financial/FX services will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Bing Analytics, Social Media Ads & Analytics, Adroll Ads & Analytics, Media Buying Ads and/or Analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication skills and leadership skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail when working with data to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Eagerness for continuous professional development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .
  • High level of autonomy and trust, support of ideas and opportunity to influence directly company results.
  • High-impact contribution to dynamic business at a growth phase.
