Job description Our client in Limassol is looking to hire a Russian-speaking Administrator for a group of Companies. The activities of the Companies are: Holding Company, private investment company, company engaged in selling of electronic books (Copyrights).Job Duties
  • Keeping records of cash flows in special software (not accounting).
  • Administration of real estate property - negotiations with tenants, monitoring of payments/repairs/ cleaning etc.
  • Any other administrative functions if required.
Job Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and pleasant personality.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers (bank statements/expenses/income/etc)
  • Fluent in Russian and English language
  • Driving license & a personal car
  • Confident PC user and MS Office
  • Located in Cyprus
  • EU-citizen / work permit
  • Working hours:
The working hours are 8 hours a day; 40 hours a week. Usually 9:00-18:00 (including one hour lunch break).
