- Point of contact for all invoicing, payment and payroll-related enquiries by telephone or email.
- Assist with customer care-related enquiries and tasks when required.
- Checking timesheets and self-bill invoices.
- Raising invoices.
- Processing payments.
- Verifying that the required compliance documentation and invoices are available prior to the processing of any payments.
- Escalation of any pending compliance and invoice documents immediately.
- Liaise with local accountants for the administration and provision of payroll services.
- Accurate data input to the document management software.
- Responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction levels and service delivery turnaround within the set time frames for invoicing, payments and payroll.
- Liaising with internal departments and other service providers.
- Provide reports for Senior Management as required.
- An academic background relating to Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar is desirable, but not essential.
- Proven experience with the checking and approval of invoices and payments.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills and ability to use software applications effectively.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Good client service skills, with a professional and polite telephone manner.
- Able to work autonomously but also part of a multicultural team.
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure to meet deadlines.
