- Oversee daily operations for Cyprus site
- A focal point for other offices' operations
- Align cross-company procedures and policies
- Maintain and adhere to the site budget
- Mediate on-site conflicts
- Assist treasury with local bank and board legal needs
- Be a procurement focal point for Cyprus services
- Maintain constant communication with the site managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the site
- Develop, implement, and maintain processes and cross-company protocols
- Drive efficiency of existing processes, procedures, and site cost structure
- Ensure that operational services/purchases remain on time and within budget
- Track staffing requirements (VISA, Relocation, Bank account) as well as monitor the hiring diversity
- Oversee Finance, IT and operation services
- Experience in an Operation Manager role within start-ups / high-tech organizations
- Managerial experience - advantage
- Experience with office administrative responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment- know how to handle unexpected situations with resilience and grace
- Excel at empowering others, support your team members, and help them achieve greatness
- Innovate and adopt new working methods- continuously bring the newest, most productive tools, techs, and ideas.
- Fluent professional English and Greek- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hebrew or Russian- advantage
