An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Fintech Marketing Industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client an international Events Management & Marketing Agency and a certified Great Place to Work Company, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Account Manager to join their expanding team based in Limassol (Hybrid).The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing marketing services and ensuring the successful execution of projects.Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve as primary client liaison, maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing services, emphasizing press releases
Set project timelines with clients, ensuring on-time completion within defined parameters
Collaborate closely with content and design teams to meet client and agency standards
Address concerns promptly, deliver exceptional service, and identify business enhancement opportunities
Prepare transparent progress reports for clients and leadership
Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, maintaining client communication
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for management action
Supervise account management team, conduct performance evaluations
Ensure project adherence to timelines through vigilant monitoring
Oversee PR roadmap creation before client distribution
Scrutinize PR reports for precision before client dissemination
Identify extra media opportunities within budget constraints
Compile monthly team achievement reports for management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or in any other a relevant field
At least 3 years of prior experience in Account Management or PR preferably in a Marketing agency or Fintech and online trading industry
Proven experience with managing multiple clients and projects
Possess excellent communication and problem solving skills
Showcased strong leadership abilities by effectively guiding and inspiring teams to reach objectives
Excellent written and verbal English
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Familiarity with marketing and advertising platforms e.g. CRM, Marketing automation and Social media
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
You must be able to live and work freely in the EU
